I am only interested in the tracks produced by John "Mutt" Lange, which are primarily from their 2 classic albums, Pyromania and Hysteria.

The interesting quote from Lange is: "Let's do something different. It can't ever be the same, it can't ever be just a boring drum sound, it has to be Star Wars! I feel that Def Leppard are not quite as in-on-the-joke as Shania Twain when they do all the "huh!"ing and "ROCK"ing.

I guess their name is a reference to Led Zeppelin, but a big cat who can't hear is not quite as cool as a flying machine made of heavy metal, is it?
